Educational Foundation Annual Scrapbooking Event January 28 and 29 -  Join us for the Grass Lake Educational Foundation's Annual Scrapbooking event at Grass Lake High School on Saturday, January 28, 2012, from 9 AM to 11 PM, and Sunday, January 29, 2012, from 9 AM to 4 PM. Participants can pay at the door on the days of the event. $55 for Saturday and Sunday, $40 for Saturday only. $25 for Sunday only. All proceeds will go directly toward improving educational opportunities for Grass Lake students. Contact Brad Hamilton with questions at 522-5540. Grass Lake High School Graduate Featured in Philharmonic Orchestra
1999 GLHS graduate William Shaltis was featured in the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra’s presentation of “Raise the Roof with Rachmaninoff” on Saturday, November 19, 2011. Great Job Marching Band!
Congratulations to the Warrior Marching Band on an OUTSTANDING performance at the Chelsea Marching Band Exhibition on Wednesday, September 21!  You did a great job and were great representatives for the Grass Lake Schools.

Zoey Bommarito and Carlie Murdock Complete MS Band Room Renovation
Grass Lake Middle School 8th Graders Carlie Murdock and Zoey Bommarito raised $2,300 to renovate the school’s band room in an effort to earn the Girl Scouts Silver Award. Recently they completed their remodeling project, along with the help of the parents, and assistance from others, and will celebrate with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7 p.m. Monday. The event is open to the public. Carlie and Zoey, both 13, are part of Grass Lake Girl Scout Troop 60131 and took on the renovation project to earn the Girl Scouts Silver Award.
